Layer duck equipment plan
Start with duck cages and coordinate water, egg transfer, wet manure removal and building drainage.
Share duck type, production stage, drainage conditions and egg destination.
Plan my project ↗
Layer duck projects have different water and waste demands from chicken layers. Cage, egg and manure routes depend on duck type, weight and building drainage.

Plan my project ↗Duck housing needs a larger body envelope, different drinking behaviour, a foot-friendly floor and a reliable egg route. Water, manure and ventilation interfaces carry more weight in selection than cage appearance alone.
↗02Nipple drinking and water treatmentWater is managed from filtration and pressure regulation to each drinking point, with flush and leak inspection designed into the line.
↗03Automatic egg collection and transferEggs move from sloped cage floors onto longitudinal belts, through end lifts and transfer zones, then into a central conveyor or egg room. Every transition is part of the breakage-control design.
↗04Tier manure belt and transferManure is separated at each cage tier and moved to an end scraper, cross conveyor and defined out-of-house destination. Belt cleaning and moisture management are designed together.
